What does acupuncture treat?
According to the California Labor Code, acupuncturists are primary care providers. Our scope of practice includes treating issues in your tissues from head to toe, with a variety of modalities including safe, gentle needling, electro-stimulation, cupping, gua sha, tui na tissue manipulation, and even micro-needling.
Health insurance:
Yaseng, dba SoCal Pro Health, is out-of-network (OON) with all insurance plans. However, some still pay for acupuncture services OON.
*Please double check with your plan before scheduling. Payment is accepted up front.*
If you do have insurance coverage OON, discuss options with her before scheduling.
Insurance does NOT pay for thermal imaging, but FSA and HSA do.
Why opt for thermal imaging?
If you're here looking into thermal imaging, aka thermography, then you're already aware of this safe, painless, radiation-free technology.
Back in the 1980's the FDA approved thermal imaging (TI) as an adjunctive breast imaging technology to traditional methods ex. mammography, MRI, U/S.
Our fully automated FLIR infrared camera system allows for total privacy. It can visualize

IMPORTANT: TI is not diagnostic, is not a stand-alone imaging technology and does not see internal organs and tissues.
